COCONUT SHELL
FIRING BOILER
Philippine is one of the world biggest coconut producing country. Besides large
coconut plantation is located within 200 KM from the capital Manila. In 1970s,
during the world oil crisis, thousands of tons of coconut shell were hauled into
the city of Manila by trucks to fuel many Hamada Cocoshell Fire Boiler.
FIXED WATER-COOLED GRATE
Commonly used combustion method is the fixed water-cooled grate. Ash of cocoshell
has relatively low melting point, which requires some cooling system to prevent
coagulation of ash on the grate which will cause the problem to smooth air flow.
FLUIDIZED BED COMBUSTION SYSTEM
If the size of the crushed cocoshell can be smaller, then the best system will
be the Fluidized Bed. For dessicated coconut factory whose waste cocoshell has
been crushed into small piece, we reccommend Fluidized Bed Boiler. |
